Your new company: Hays HR are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to support a fast-paced, growing technology company based near Camberley through a period of significant organisational change. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering people strategies that enable transformation, support leaders, and drive engagement during change.

Your new role: This is a hands-on interim assignment, ideal for an HRBP who thrives in dynamic environments and brings strong change management expertise, ideally within tech or similar sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partner closely with the SLT and CEO to deliver people solutions aligned to business change initiatives.
  • Lead 3 change management projects, including a small restructure, change of operating model, and a review of ways of working.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters arising from change (consultations, role changes, redeployment, etc.).
  • Coach and support leaders through periods of uncertainty, ensuring clear communication and consistent people practices.
  • Support organisational design, workforce planning, and capability development.
