This is an exciting opportunity to support the setup and implementation of the CAFM system, TABS FM. We are seeking a motivated and well-organised individual with experience in delivering a similar system build, in collaboration with a CAFM provider.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the TABS FM Project Manager, site teams, and other key stakeholders. The role will involve coordinating the asset data build, scheduling Planned Preventative Maintenance, developing the reactive helpdesk functionality, and liaising with contractors to provide training and support on using the new system. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions to company staff, and for creating a comprehensive archive of Standard Operating Procedures, workflows, and training materials.
As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the upload and configuration of site data, assets, processes, workflows, and training materials for TABS FM.
- Work alongside the TABS FM project lead to manage timelines, track progress, and ensure timely invoicing.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and produce clear, accessible training materials for internal platforms and diverse audiences.
- Confidently engage and motivate external contractors to adopt the CAFM system, using the Contractor Portal for documentation, quotes, and job updates.
- Collaborate effectively with the Workplace Team, Management, SHE Team, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
To be the successful candidate, you will need:
- Proven experience implementing new systems and tailoring them to organisational needs.
- Ideally, have hands-on experience with TABS FM or similar CAFM systems.
- Demonstrate strong document management skills, particularly with SharePoint.
- Ideally, experience in facilities management and understanding of CAFM build.
