Your new role as Manager within the International Business team involves overseeing and supporting the performance of a global investment portfolio. You will provide financial and operational insight across international assets, working closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and enhancing performance monitoring tools across a global investment portfolio
- Analysing financial performance against budget, forecast, and investment assumptions
- Reviewing Board and Committee materials from portfolio companies to extract key insights
- Supporting the preparation of monthly EXCO packs and quarterly regional review materials
- Monitoring key operational indicators, including health and safety and business performance KPIs
- Providing analytical support on investment-related activities, including bolt-on acquisitions and business planning
- Engaging with international stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting
- Supporting annual budgeting processes and international business reviews, including occasional travel
What you'll need to succeed:
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business)
- Professional qualification in corporate finance, private equity, M&A, or related (e.g. ACA, CFA, ACCA)
- Minimum 5 years' experience within financial services, investment, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of accounting principles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
