Your new company A growing Professional Services organisation is searching for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their Norwich office in a newly created position. Your new role Working alongside the central marketing function, you will be responsible for providing marketing and business development support to the partners, directors and team. This will include but is not limited to: Ownership, management and updating local CRM system (MS Dynamics) Events management including organising and promotion for external clients and the local team. Management of corporate target lists, including top targets Management of bank/lawyer/intermediary lists – organising regular meetings/calls Keeping the team involved in BD and marketing activities Pitch and information memorandum design and quality control Managing press releases Working with the deal teams on post-deal content and marketing strategies Coordinating all digital communications and mailings Daily social media management and design Writing and coordinating award entries Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines What you’ll need to succeed Prior experience in a Marketing or Business Development position, working within the Professional Services industry.
