As part of this transformation, they are building a dedicated Business Analysis and Architecture team, to really change how the business manages its data and transform into a best-in-class department, across the construction industry.
Your new role
You will be accountable for designing and evolving assigned business capabilities, defining how they operate today, how they operate tomorrow, and how changes should be shaped to deliver the evolution. You will ensure assigned capability domains have a clear target state, a credible roadmap, and that every change initiative touching those domains is designed coherently and aligned to the intended operating model.
