My client is an instantly recognisable Global Insurer who urgently require a Business Analyst with extensive experience on IAM or cybersecurity programmes within large, highly federated organisations.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst within IAM or cybersecurity programmes, including SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of IGA (Identity Governance Administration) processes, including access lifecycle (JML), access models, entitlement structures, certifications, attestation, and RBAC/role modelling.
  • Proven ability to analyse identity data flows, directory services (AD/LDAP), and support API-based integrations and application onboarding.
  • Skilled in collaborating with security, infrastructure and application teams to define and refine identity governance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modelling (BPMN, Visio, etc.).
  • Proven expertise in identifying "as-is" and "to-be".
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications for SailPoint.
  • Excellent stakeholder facilitation, communication, workshop leadership and problem-solving abilities.
