Our client has built an excellent reputation across the Scottish construction market, delivering publicly funded projects up to £10m in value. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key commercial role in the delivery of public-sector projects across education, healthcare and community infrastructure:
- Commercial management of live projects from pre contract through to final account
- Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
Projects are well resourced and sensibly programmed, allowing you to focus on quality delivery rather than firefighting.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
- Exposure to public sector or traditionally procured projects
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
