The Role
Working alongside experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, you will gain exposure to a broad range of professional and project-led instructions across the social housing sector, supporting local authorities, housing associations and registered providers. Typical duties will include:
- Contract Administration duties under JCT forms of contract
- Assisting with refurbishment, maintenance and improvement projects
- Project monitoring and delivery support
- Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation
- Undertaking site inspections
