We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our established and high-performing finance team, focusing on senior-level interim and transformation appointments across Bristol, Bath and the wider SDC region.
This is a principal-level opportunity suited to a recruiter with gravitas, a strong network, and a proven track record of building and sustaining a high-value daybook.
The Opportunity:
You will specialise in senior finance contract roles, including:
- Finance Director
- Financial Controller
- CFO
- Finance Transformation & Change
- Group Reporting
- Systems & Project Accountants
This is a key role to increase senior appointments, strengthen daybook resilience, and place high-impact interim solutions that influence wider teams and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality interim placements (£600+ a day) across your defined geography
- Develop and maintain a network of 400+ senior finance professionals within your patch, fully mapped and coded
- Identify and manage move motivations, availability, rate expectations and preferences
- Partner closely on senior appointments strategy and market approach
- Ensure strong internal and external PR aligned to collaboration and inclusive culture
- Maintain high data quality, LinkedIn Recruiter activity and market-to-market discipline

- Proven experience recruiting senior finance contractors (FD, FC, CFO, Transformation)
- Principal-level capability: confidence, credibility and commercial impact
- Demonstrated success building and sustaining a contract daybook
- Strong regional market knowledge across Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas
