Role Overview:
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies
- Encourage engagement, confidence and emotional regulation
- Support classroom routines, transitions and small-group work
Candidate Profile:
- Previous SEN experience is essential
- Calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Level 2/3 TA qualification advantageous
- Driving licence beneficial
- SEN training highly valued, including:

- Team Teach / De-escalation Training
