A leading law firm is seeking a part-time Knowledge Lawyer (3-4 days per week) to join its busy and well-respected Trusts and Estates team in Exeter or Bristol.
Focused on enhancing the department's non-contentious practice, this role provides legal knowledge, training, and resources to support fee earners. As a non-fee earning position, you will play a vital part in keeping the team informed of the latest legal developments and market trends, contributing to the delivery of technically robust and high-quality client service.
Core responsibilities include:
- Drafting and maintaining internal knowledge assets such as guidance notes, precedents, and templates.
- Delivering structured training and updates across key areas including wills, succession planning, trusts, probate, taxation, and comprehensive wealth management.
You will be an experienced Private Wealth lawyer with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client care and navigate complex needs. Organised and detail-oriented, you will manage projects effectively under pressure. A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, you will build trusted relationships across the firm. As part of the Knowledge Management and Trusts & Estates teams, you will bring a flexible, positive approach and a commitment to collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
