Your new role as a Real Estate Paralegal will involve playing a key role within a busy and high-performing property team, supporting a wide range of estate management and transactional work. You will manage your own caseload while working alongside experienced legal professionals on complex real estate matters.
- Managing a varied caseload of real estate transactions including licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, and deeds of easement
- Drafting legal documentation such as contracts for sale, transfers, and client correspondence
- Reviewing and handling lease documentation, identifying defects, and preparing modern lease formats based on standard precedents
- Supporting conveyancing processes from instruction through to completion
- Assisting with onboarding and compliance, including file opening procedures, drafting retainer letters, and ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering regulations
