You will be joining the Regulatory team as an investigative enforcement officer, working to compile evidence and generate to enforce government legislation: Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assess regulatory and compliance cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.
- Investigate alleged breaches of legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.
- Review evidence and make informed recommendations based on regulatory frameworks.
- Support compliance monitoring, audit and inspection activity.
