An established North Bristol employer is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to support cash collection performance and improve working capital during a busy trading period. This is a highly visible role that would suit an experienced credit professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-volume customer ledger
- Reducing aged debt
- Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
- Investigating and resolving invoice disputes
- Building strong customer relationships
- Producing debtor reports and cash collection updates
- Supporting improvements across the credit function
About You
- Proven Credit Control experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of reducing aged debt
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Professional and customer-focused approach
Package
- £16.50 - £20.00 per hour
- Hybrid working after initial training period
- Immediate start available
