The predicted salary is between 140 - 227 £ per hour.
Hays are supporting a large public sector organisation to recruit an End User Support contractor working on a number of large-scale IT projects.
The role is Bristol / Southwest and will be on site.
Initially, the role will be offered on a 6-month contract, but this could extend.
Pay rate depending on experience but likely to be £175 - £250pd depending on experience (IR35 TBC).
To be considered for the role, you will ideally need existing Security Clearance.
However, NPPV3 would be preferred and would fast track onboarding.
This will be a varied role where you will work across multiple infrastructure / EUS projects at a time, alongside supporting BAU hardware & desktop support across multiple locations in the Bristol region.
Skills & Experience
- Experience building, supporting and repairing laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and hardware deployment.
- Ability to support IT projects and large-scale technology rollouts.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with experience resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
