The Opportunity
Our client, a leading accountancy practice with a growing Corporate Finance division, is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their Bristol office. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising projects.
- Managing due diligence processes and preparing detailed financial models and valuations.
