Your new role Looking for 2 experienced Assistant Management Accountants to support the finance business partners by supporting monthly management accounts and transactional responsibilities.
- Reviewing Income & Expenditure accounts
- Posting journals for income, management charges, payroll adjustments, and accruals
- Reconciliations on balance sheet accounts
- Payroll reconciliations for individual contracts
- Supporting the FBPs with the budget process
- Managing the finances for small contracts
- Supporting with issuing reports to operational colleagues
- Ad-hoc tasks to support the finance team
- What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar finance position
- Understanding of management accounts and experience in supporting month-end, within accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Excellent analytical and numeric skills
- High attention to detail.
- Organised, self-sufficient and able to work autonomously with accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work at fast pace in a dynamic environment.
- Able to communicate across the organisation to all colleagues and external stakeholders.
