Hays Senior Finance are recruiting for an Operations Accountant to join a well-established international engineering and maintenance business based in Bridgend.
Reporting to the UK Finance Director and working closely with the Site Managing Director, this is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to become a key finance business partner within the organisation.
This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to play an active role in supporting operational decision-making, improving financial performance, driving efficiencies and implementing process improvements across the business.
