Your new company: You will be working for a leading provider of housing, care and support services based in London.

Your new role: Our client is recruiting both Floating Support and Outreach workers on a full-time basis. These roles will see your main responsibilities revolving around the provision of practical and emotional support to vulnerable clients, whilst preparing regular Risk Assessments and working to existing Support Plans. You will help your clients to sustain their tenancies and involve them in the community, monitor their wellbeing and refer to more specialist staff where required. The role will require signposting to specialist agencies and offering assistance with budgeting and housing legislation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FLOATING ROLE AND, AS SUCH, YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.

What you'll need to succeed: You will need previous experience working within the Support Housing sector and understand the issues affecting those suffering from homelessness, ideally alongside a knowledge of issues within residential environments. You will also need to be confident when dealing with individuals with challenging behaviour and proficient at using Microsoft packages, with excellent teamwork skills, demonstrating both collaboration and respect with peers and customers.
