The Opportunity
Hays is working with a well-established facilities management provider to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer for a site-based role maintaining a large commercial estate. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will join a small, professional HVAC team.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems
- Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Fault-find, diagnose and repair HVAC plant and equipment
- Complete minor installation, refurbishment and upgrade works
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- F-Gas Category 1 qualification - MUST have
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working within commercial facilities management
