This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised British business during a period of investment, evolution and renewed energy. My client combines heritage and craft skills with innovation, technical excellence and an extraordinary commitment to its product. That same ambition is now creating an opportunity to strengthen how the business attracts and connects with talent.

For the right person, this role offers visibility, influence and the chance to create something meaningful. Working alongside the Recruitment Manager and Head of HR, the Recruitment Partner will be trusted to shape the role, build credibility and contribute to a recruitment approach that supports the next stage of their journey.

Working in partnership with hiring leaders, the Recruitment Partner will develop a clear understanding of business priorities, team dynamics and the capabilities needed for success. The role will support recruitment across a varied organisation, balancing pace with quality and ensuring each appointment is considered in the context of future capability, culture and commercial impact.

The Recruitment Partner will build proactive talent pipelines rather than relying solely on active applicants. This will involve market mapping, direct sourcing, intelligent use of professional networks and the creation of talent communities for critical or recurring areas. Strong written and verbal communication will be essential, particularly when representing the story to candidates who may not yet be looking for a move.

The role will also use recruitment data and market insight to improve decision-making. By tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks and sharing credible intelligence on availability, reward and competitor activity, the Recruitment Partner will help the business make informed choices and continuously improve the way talent is attracted and selected. Candidate experience will sit at the heart of the position. Every interaction should feel professional, timely and human. The Recruitment Partner will create clarity, maintain communication and represent the care, craft and ambition associated with the brand.

The successful person will bring experience from recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition and will have a strong understanding of how to find and engage high-quality talent. Experience gained in-house would be valuable, although an individual from an agency or search environment who can demonstrate genuine partnership, ownership and commercial curiosity would also be welcomed.

This person will be organised enough to manage multiple priorities, but not process-driven at the expense of relationships. The role calls for someone who communicates with warmth and credibility, enjoys getting beneath the surface of a brief and is comfortable influencing stakeholders at different levels. Curiosity, resilience and good judgement will matter, as will the ability to work with appropriate discretion and maintain high standards when the pace increases.

Above all, we are looking for someone who sees the opportunity in a role that is still taking shape. There will be room to improve processes, introduce ideas and define what an excellent recruitment partnership should look like. The impact of a strong appointment in this role could be formidable.

Flexible working options available.
