/n You will be working for a well-established university in Bournemouth, supporting the maintenance and upkeep of campus buildings and student accommodation. This is a great opportunity to join a professional estates team within a busy and varied environment.

Your new role
/n As a Painter & Decorator, you will be carrying out a range of decorating duties across university buildings, ensuring a high standard of finish at all times.Key responsibilities include:
/n
/n
- Internal painting and decorating works
/n
- Surface preparation, filling and sanding
/n
- Emulsion, gloss and woodwork painting
/n
- Minor making-good works
/n
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
/n
- Working within occupied and unoccupied university facilities
/n
/n
What you'll need to succeed
/n
/n
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
/n
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
/n
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
/n
- Own tools preferred
/n
- Good communication and customer service skills
/n
- Basic DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
/n
- Availability to start ASAP
/n
/n
