The role involves seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to take on a 1:1 support role in Year 1, working with a non-verbal pupil who presents with challenging behaviour. This is a full-time, long-term supply position starting in September 2026 and continuing for the full academic year.
The role requires a confident, resilient and compassionate individual who has experience supporting children with complex needs and is able to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs

Essential qualifications include:
- Proven experience working with children with additional needs
