We are seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis for the entire academic year starting September 2026. This role is ideal for a confident and proactive individual who has a solid background in Early Years and is passionate about supporting young children in their formative stages of development.
- Support the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging EYFS curriculum
- Assist with planning and setting up stimulating activities across all areas of learning
- Support children's social, emotional and communication development
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is essential. CACHE Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent is required. Experience supporting children with a range of needs, including EAL, is desirable in a diverse setting.
This is a full-time, stable role for the entire academic year with the opportunity to work within a diverse and vibrant school community. Competitive daily pay rates are offered.
