We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bolton that prides itself on its diverse community and supportive ethos. The school fosters a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive, regardless of background.

The role involves seeking an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis for the entire academic year starting September 2026. This role is ideal for a confident and proactive individual who has a solid background in Early Years and is passionate about supporting young children in their formative stages of development.

  • Support the class teacher in delivering a creative and engaging EYFS curriculum
  • Assist with planning and setting up stimulating activities across all areas of learning
  • Support children's social, emotional and communication development
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive and welcoming classroom environment
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is essential. CACHE Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent is required. Experience supporting children with a range of needs, including EAL, is desirable in a diverse setting.

This is a full-time, stable role for the entire academic year with the opportunity to work within a diverse and vibrant school community. Competitive daily pay rates are offered.
