Your New Role
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly on a weekend day shift (Friday-Sunday). Supporting the Dispatch Manager, you'll ensure efficient coordination of all warehouse dispatch activity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and scheduling loads to meet operational demands
- Producing and issuing dispatch and shipping documentation
- Booking hauliers using internal systems (e.g. Road Runner, SAP)
- Managing driver arrivals and loading schedules
- Communicating updates and issues with the Traffic Team
- Completing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency under deadlines
Shift Pattern:
Friday: 11:30 - 18:00
Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 - 19:00
Benefit from a 3-day working week with more time off during the week.
