The firm has a strong reputation across Tax, Corporate Finance and Advisory services, working with entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, private equity-backed organisations, and international groups. With an established Corporate Finance team and a healthy pipeline of M&A activity, the foundations are already in place for continued success. As Head of Transaction Tax, you will lead the development of a dedicated Transaction Tax offering, advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and shareholder transactions. Working closely with Corporate Finance colleagues and other professional advisers, you'll support clients throughout the deal lifecycle while helping to grow the firm's Transaction Tax capability, build key client relationships, and develop a specialist team. UK Transaction Tax experience. Strong buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence expertise. Opportunity to build and lead a dedicated Transaction Tax practice.
