The legal team works on complex, high-profile investigations, holding professionals and organisations to account. Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, you will be involved in challenging and intellectually stimulating cases, often working alongside forensic specialists, external counsel and other regulatory bodies. As a Regulatory Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing complex investigations and enforcement cases from inception through to conclusion. Advise on legal, procedural and strategic issues throughout investigations. Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and legal support staff. Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant post-qualification experience. Strong litigation, investigations, disputes or contentious regulatory experience.
