Your new role

As a Regulatory Lawyer, you will work on complex investigations and enforcement matters, taking responsibility for your own caseload while supporting wider strategic investigations.

Key responsibilities include

  • Conducting regulatory investigations and contentious matters.
  • Providing clear and practical legal advice on complex issues.
  • Reviewing and assessing substantial volumes of evidence and documentation.
  • Working alongside legal colleagues, forensic specialists and external advisers.
  • Assisting with the preparation and conduct of tribunal and hearing proceedings.
  • Supporting case strategy, risk management and project delivery.

  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant litigation, disputes or regulatory experience. Typically 5 years+
