They are currently recruiting for a solicitor or associate to join their well-regarded property damage team in their Birmingham offices on a hybrid basis. n This Property Damage Solicitor/Associate role will see you responsible for: \Independently manage a caseload of property damage related claims \n Assess risk and exercise sound judgment to support and justify decisions to both internal stakeholders and external clients. \Cultivate strong relationships across internal teams and external partners to expand business networks and deepen understanding of the Firm's strategic goals and client expectations. \n You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 6 months experience handling your own caseload of property insurance claims. Applicants must have robust technical proficiency and a keen enthusiasm for all aspects of commercial insurance. n This is a great opportunity for qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives with previous experience handling property-related claims including property damage, policy coverage, subrogated claims and product liability. A competitive salary and bonus structure is available and negotiable dependent on experience. \
