Your new company Hays Education works closely with many schools across South Birmingham & Solihull, providing teaching assistant support on a day-to-day and long-term basis. I am currently seeking HLTA's with strong SEND leadership experience on a temporary basis. Working with Hays on a supply basis means that you can work the hours that suit you and your work/life balance.
Your new role I am currently recruiting for HLTA's to start immediately in the B11 area. This opportunity is available on a long-term basis, which means you could be working until the end of the academic year. Ideally, you will be available full-time. As a HLTA, you will be required to work with children of specific age groups or on a small group basis.
What you'll need to succeed You must have experience within a childcare environment, including schools and nurseries. Ideally, you will have a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification and strong SEND leadership experience. You must be flexible and should you be successful in securing a Higher Level Teaching Assistant job, you will be committed to supporting the child for the length of time required.
