Are you looking for a fresh start this September in a rewarding role supporting children in their educational journey? I am recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of local primary schools in Longbridge B45 and surrounding areas.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working in primary school settings, supporting pupils in the classroom and on a one-to-one basis. You will help deliver engaging lessons and provide tailored support, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a flexible supply role, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available to suit your availability throughout the new academic year.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Knowledge or experience of working with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and proactive approach to working in different school environments
