Our client is going through continued growth and is seeking an experienced employment lawyer for its Birmingham team.
Joining a highly regarded employment team, you will advise a diverse portfolio of employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, from Tribunal litigation and HR advisory work through to corporate support and strategic workforce projects.
Working closely with experienced partners, you'll play a key role in client relationship development while enjoying genuine opportunities for progression within a growing national practice.
You'll be a qualified Employment Solicitor from NQ level up to around 6 years' PQE, with experience gained in a recognised employment team.
Whether you're looking to build on a solid foundation or take the next step in your career, you'll have strong client-facing skills, sound commercial judgement and a genuine enthusiasm for employment law.
