A market-leading international organisation is seeking a Benefits Pensions Consultant to join its UK European Reward team.

Operating across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, the business employs thousands of people globally and is renowned for its people-focused culture, career development opportunities and commitment to delivering best-in-classemployee benefits programmes.

Working within a collaborative and visible Reward function, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of pensions and benefits across the UK and Europe.

This is a broad and varied position, offering exposure to both day-to-day operations and wider strategic initiatives, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop theirexpertise within pensions, benefits and financial wellbeing.

You'll take ownership of pension-related activity across the organisation's Defined Contribution arrangements, managing provider relationships, supporting governance processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of pension administration.

Alongside this, you'll contribute to a wider portfolio of benefits including health, protection and wellbeing programmes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver apositive employee experience.
