Behaviour Support Mentor – SEN School in Oldham Hays are working with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) School seeking a Behaviour Support Mentor to join the teaching team alternating between two sites in Oldham. This challenging and exciting role will require you to tailor support to children with SEN and implement individual behaviour management plans. You will work alongside teachers, parents and therapists to ensure maximum development and growth for each individual student. You will foster a safe and supportive learning environment, assisting students in both classroom-based and outdoor activities.
