Your new role

As an IT Desktop Support & Build Technician, you will play a key role in supporting device rollout activities. This will include building, imaging, configuring, and deploying desktops and laptops, carrying out desk side support, and delivering physical workstation setups. You will also support contact centre deployments, floor-walking activities, and hardware troubleshooting, ensuring all devices are operational and ready for business use.
