Your new role

As a Bathroom Fitter, you will be responsible for the full installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of bathrooms within occupied and void social housing properties. This is a temporary contract paying up to £25.00 per hour, working independently across the Worcestershire area. You will be expected to complete full bathroom rip-outs and refits, ensuring all work meets safety, compliance, and customer service standards.

Typical tasks include:

  • Full bathroom strip-out and preparation
  • Installation of baths, basins, toilets, showers, and associated fixtures
  • Plumbing works including pipework alterations, waste connections, and leak repairs
  • Wall and floor tiling, including surface preparation and grouting
  • Basic carpentry such as boxing-in, studwork, and fitting bath panels
  • Plastering and patch repairs
  • Silicone sealing and finishing
  • Minor electrical tasks such as fitting extractor fans or isolators (if suitably qualified)
  • Ensuring all work areas are left clean, safe, and tidy
