A well-known Bath employer is seeking a Finance Assistant to support a busy finance function during a key operational period.
If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant, are immediately available or coming to the end of your current assignment, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
8-12 week interim assignment based in Bath centre (local to Bath Spa Station).
Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
- Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Managing finance inbox queries
- Processing employee expenses
- Supporting reporting and finance administration
Suitable backgrounds:
- Previous Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant experience
- Exposure to both purchase and sales ledger
- Experience supporting month-end activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working across multiple finance functions
- AAT studying or qualified candidates encouraged to apply
