Your Responsibilities as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil within a primary classroom.
- Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional development.
- Adapting activities to meet individual needs.
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff.
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
