Working hours: 22.5hrs/week (9am to 5pm, 3 days per week between Monday-Friday, you may choose the days you want to work)Contract dates - asap for at least 3 months (will be reviewed after 3 months and potentially extended to the right candidate)Pay rate: negotiable, depending on experience
In your role you will: Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.
Essential Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent NMC registrationPrevious post registration experience as NMP (in substance misuse)Strong communication and teamwork skills. Please note we do not offer sponsorships
