Your new role As an Associate Director within the Private Client Tax team, you will take a strategic and commercial approach to managing and developing client relationships while leading exciting and varied advisory projects.
You'll ensure a high-quality service to a range of clients and manage a team, including reviewing work, providing training and development, and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture aligned with our values.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading advisory and technical projects for private clients Managing and developing client relationships, acting as the first point of contact for new opportunities Collaborating with partners to develop new business and build on existing relationships Mentoring and developing junior team members Overseeing compliance and advisory projects, ensuring quality and efficiency Working closely with other departments to deliver a joined-up service
