Hays Recruitment is currently hiring for an Assistant Production Manager based in the South East of Kent. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.
Shift Details:
- Schedule: 4 days per week (40 hours total)
- Hours: 4:45 PM - 3:45 AM
- Alternate Saturdays required
- Pay: £16.22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Production Manager with daily operations, including transport coordination, inventory management, and quality control
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Manage and train production staff
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Oversee and improve production processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of production processes
