Your new company A forward-thinking organisation based in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead and develop their IT support function.

Your new role As Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT support services across the organisation.

You will lead a team of service desk analysts, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and requests while driving service improvements and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in a Service Desk Manager or IT Support leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL desirable)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive approach to service improvement and problem-solving
  • Driving Licence and ability to travel to another site in Greater Manchester as required
