We're looking for an Asbestos Analyst who will support our operations by ensuring high-quality asbestos monitoring, reporting and compliance in line with company procedures and regulations.
Your new role:
- Ensure all asbestos-related work is carried out in accordance with GPD 4 ('Air Sampling, Fibre Counting, 4SC and Certificate for Reoccupation procedures'), General Quality Procedures, and current asbestos regulations.
- Provide quality services and technical information to clients, compile recommendations, review reports, and ensure all reporting is completed to required standards and timescales.
- Participate in audits, attend meetings and training, arrange client/contractor meetings, and report any occurrences requiring insurer or legal notification.
- Provide technical advice, prepare health and safety risk assessments, and support compliance of staff under your control.
- Support business objectives by undertaking additional duties, maintaining professional standards, and demonstrating experience within the asbestos field.
What you'll need to succeed:
- The BOHS P403 and BOHS P404.
- The Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) Level 3 Certificate for Asbestos Air Monitoring Analysts.
- The BOHS Certificate of Competence in Asbestos.
- Full UK driving licence is required.
