The predicted salary is between 48000 - 54000 £ per year.
An experienced ASB Officer needed to cover the Lancashire/Yorkshire patch, immediate start on a rolling contract for a minimum of 8 weeks. Driving licence, access to own vehicle and a basic DBS are needed for this role. Full time 37.5 hours a week, £24-£27 per hour and weekly pay.
Your new role
- You'll lead on ASB, nuisance and tenancy breach investigations across a regional patch, delivering high-quality, customer-focused casework.
- You'll manage complex cases including hate crime reports, gather evidence, take witness statements and work closely with Tenancy Support and Housing Officers.
- You'll prepare all legal paperwork, submit court applications, and instigate injunctions and possession proceedings - self-representing in court where required.
- You'll also work with solicitors on cases needing legal representation.
- You'll build strong relationships with Police, partner Housing Associations and community safety agencies, representing the organisation at multi-agency meetings and Joint Action Groups.
