As a Scientist in antibody formulation development, you will support non-clinical and clinical programs by developing, analysing, and optimising formulations for monoclonal antibodies and novel therapeutic formats.
Key responsibilities include: Performing analytical and formulation experiments to support toxicology and clinical studies Conducting protein/antibody analysis using methods such as HPLC/UPLC, i CE, UV spectroscopy, DLS, CGE, rheology, and sub-visible particle analysis Supporting pre-formulation and formulation laboratory activities, including setup and resource coordination Authoring protocols, reports, and technical documentation based on an understanding of protein degradation mechanisms Presenting findings to project teams and internal stakeholders Contributing to technology platform improvements, including automation where applicable What you'll need to succeed You s...
