/n A welcoming and supportive primary school is seeking an experienced Year 1/2 Teacher to join their team from 1st September for a 6-week maternity cover to cover a teacher undergoing a knee operation.
/n This is a full-time position and will include full planning, preparation and assessment responsibilities.
/n The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 Strong knowledge of the Year 1 and Year 2 curriculum Experience delivering and managing Continuous Provision within a KS1 setting Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

- Teaching a mixed Year 1/2 class
/n
- Full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking
/n
- Delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning
/n
- Supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
/n
- Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment
/n
