We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Fitter to join our large maintenance team on a single commercial site in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out both planned and responsive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration units, including specialist systems.
Location: Loughborough
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum
Position: Permanent - Potential to start on a temporary placement
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining all critical plants: AHUs, Boilers, Chillers, Pumps, Pressurisation units
- All BMS operations and servicing and repair of BMS-controlled plants - FCUs, CAVs, VAVs (actuators, valves), dampers, vents and all critical plants.
- Reactive tasks and PPMs

- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC or a related field.
