Your new company Our client is a prestigious higher education institute who specialise in federal public research. This university offers the opportunity for online and blended courses in a number of disciplines. Our client is looking for a temporary administrator to join their Learning and Development team for one month starting in January to cover for absences within the team. This role will have a hybrid model with 2 days on-site. Your new role To provide effective administrative support in the running of a range of learning and development activities, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience for participants that develops capability in line with the University’s strategic objectives. Key Duties 1. Manage the logistics for Learning and Development events, e.g. booking rooms with appropriate layout, ordering catering and arranging Audio Visual equipment, and checking to ensure that everything is ready for the trainer to deliver the intervention.2. Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Programme Lead3. Managing the Learning Management System, including adding and updating course content, ensuring information pages are up-to-date, and managing user access.4.
