The predicted salary is between 24 - 27 £ per hour.
An experienced ASB Officer needed to cover the Lancashire/Yorkshire patch, immediate start on a rolling contract for a minimum of 8 weeks. Driving licence, access to own vehicle and a basic DBS are needed for this role. Full time 37.5 hours a week, £24-£27 per hour and weekly pay.
Your new role
You’ll lead on ASB, nuisance and tenancy breach investigations across a regional patch, delivering high-quality, customer-focused casework. You’ll manage complex cases including hate crime reports, gather evidence, take witness statements and work closely with Tenancy Support and Housing Officers. You’ll prepare all legal paperwork, submit court applications, and instigate injunctions and possession proceedings - self-representing in court where required. You’ll also work with solicitors on cases needing legal representation. You’ll build strong relationships with Police, partner Housing Associations and community safety agencies, representing the organisation at multi-agency meetings and Joint Action Groups.
